Leaking Shower Pan and Damaged Subfloor repair. Shower Tiling and Remodeling Client called with a shower leaking into the rooms below. It was determined to be a shower pan failure. All water damaged stud and subfloor was removed, shower bench built, everything waterproofed pre-sloped and tiled to code. Client is very happy and satisfied.

Bathroom Remodel and Tiling in Cumming, Georgia
Bathroom upgraded with new shower valve and all new copper lines, and drains relocated to accommodate new design. Stand alone tub fitted and installed. All plumbing leak tested and walls finished with new paint. Next the shower build was tiled, grouted, sealed, and the trim installed. finally finished with LVT flooring and finish carpentry.

Client wanted unique ideas to customize their bedroom. I designed a 3D accent wall in their favorite color with dual lighting for reading, wired to a separate dimmer switch, and upgraded the chandelier for a finishing touch.
