Leaking Shower Pan and Damaged Subfloor repair. Shower Tiling and Remodeling Client called with a shower leaking into the rooms below. It was determined to be a shower pan failure. All water damaged stud and subfloor was removed, shower bench built, everything waterproofed pre-sloped and tiled to code. Client is very happy and satisfied.
